2020 BSA National Outdoor Ethics and Conservation Conference

Early Registration Is Now Open!

The committee is still working on finalizing the workshops/classes at this time, so you will only be registering to attend the main conference and which housing option that you would like. Once we get the workshops all fleshed out, then you will be able to go back in to select the workshops you would like to take.

You will be brought to the Tentaroo login page and will need to create a login. It will then automatically take you to the OE registration.

Regular registration will begin on September 15th and will end on October 14th. The pricing for each option will increase by $50 per housing choice, so register early!

Conference Participants

Early-Bird Registration (Base Fee $175):
(Pricing ends on September 14, 2020 at Midnight Eastern)

• Personal tent/hammock or offsite $175
• Camp tent with cot $193
• Cabin bunk (4 per cabin) $200

Registration (Base Fee: $225):
(September 15 – October 4, 2020)

• Personal tent/hammock or offsite $225
• Camp tent with cot $243
• Cabin bunk (4 per cabin) $250

Your registration fee includes all meals beginning with dinner on Thursday, November 12th and conference mementos.

Spouses/Partners Staying and Eating at Camp

Spouses/partners must be registered and have a name badge while on property during the conference. This name badge will give them access to all meals but will not include access to the conference sessions and mementos.

Spouses/Partners - Meals and Accomodations:

• Personal tent/hammock $75
• Camp tent with cot $105
• Cabin bunk (4 per cabin) $120

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and/or Refunds will be issued upon receipt of written notification to NOECCregistration@gmail.com.

• A refund of 100% of event fees can be issued up to 45 days prior to the start of the event (September 28th, midnight, Eastern).
• From 45-30 days prior to the event start (Sept 29th - Oct 12th), a 50% refund will be issued.
• No refunds will be issued after midnight on October 12, 2020 since food and conference supplies must be purchased.
